Quit 4 Live program promoted

In an effort to help students either quit or not start smoking Timiskaming District Secondary School has introduced a "Quit 4 Life" program at its school. In supporting students in their attempts to quit, Kelly Graydon-Milette, a Child and Youth Worker at TDSS along with help from Co-op students run weekly support meetings based on Quit 4 Life, a youth cessation program. All students who are interested in quitting, or who are just looking for quitting information are welcome to participate in the program.
